achase.net is the personal web site of web programmer, banjo player, and aspiring luthier Andy Chase. The site is powered by WordPress, using a custom theme which extends the default Kubrick template.

Andy Chase is a web developer specializing in Java/JSP/J2EE and PHP with special attention to design integration. He has also done freelance writing for Webmonkey and Wrox Press, and since 1998 has done web design and programming for such diverse industries as online publishing, entertainment, health care, and education.
When not hunched in front of a keyboard, Andy can be found playing clawhammer-style banjo at old-time sessions around Massachusetts’ Pioneer Valley. Since 2004 he has been pursuing the craft of lutherie, and someday hopes to hang out his shingle as a professional builder of stringed instruments.
